Vending Association
and complies with the standards set out in the AVA Customer
Charter and Code of Conduct.
We operate to the AVA Quality System which provides a
measurable standard to ensure we supply and service in
a manner that meets the contractual requirements of our
customers and all regulatory authorities.
The areas of control which form the basis of the system
are:

• Procedures
• Customer Care
• Corrective Action
• Training
• Purchasing
• Health and Safety
• Management Reviews

We are proud to have achieved ISO 4001.
First published in 1996, the standard specifies the actual
for environmental management system. It applies to those
environmental aspects over which the organisation has
control and over which it can be expected to have an influence.
The standard is applicable to any organisation that wishes
to:
• Implement, maintain and improve an environmental
management system
• Demonstrate conformance
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
• Seek certification of it's environmental management
system by an external 3rd party organisation

established for over 25 years.
It was set up to encourage established small vending companies
across the country to work together and exchange information.
Membership requires AVA Quality Standards Accreditation
and to have established and ethical and unblemished trading
record.
Member companies are independently owned and managed.
They offer unbiased opinions on all vending services,
from equipment and ingredients to industry trends, ensuring
customers receive the very best advice and service.
BBS are part of the Associated Vending Services Group,
which means we will work with and have the support of
other members in order to improve quality standards and
